Do you only photograph in the DMV?

- No! I actually travel worldwide, but Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia is where I am most frequently photographing.

Are engagement photos included in your packages?

- Yes, with each package a complimentary engagement session is included.

How do you get editorial photos?

- My style of editorial captures candid moments in a high fashion way. Some posing will be included, but with just enough guidance to make you as a couple comfortable. I will use lighting and angles to show emotion through the lens. I am quick to adjust in the moment, making sure your love story is my top priority.

 

Is travel included in your wedding packages?

- Yes, travel is included in all wedding packages.

 

Do you have extra gear in case of emergencies?

- Absolutely! I have extra lenses and a second camera body for those just in case situations. I also come prepared with items I have found to be useful to couple's over the years, for example a lint roller.

Should I be concerned if you never shot at my venue before?

- No need to be concerned, I have photographed at many venues and if I have not yet visited yours, it gives me an advantage to look at it with fresh eyes. I will always arrive early wedding day to scope out locations, lighting, etc. I will also do research before the wedding day to make sure I am fully prepared.

 

How long will it take to receive our edited photos?

- Six weeks, unless express edit which is two weeks. Express edit can be added to any wedding photography package.

 

Are you insured?

- Of course! My gear and myself as a person.

What does a typical wedding day look like?

- I will arrive early to the venue. I will introduce myself to your bridal party and family, and get my gear set up. I will follow the timeline we agreed upon prior to the day, and adjust accordingly to any hiccups that may arise. I will present myself in a professional, kind, and respectful manor the entirety of your wedding day to you, your guests, and other vendors. Once it is time to depart, I will check with you, the couple, to make sure you do not need me to capture any last minute memories. Then I will pack up my gear, and say my goodbyes and well wishes. You will receive a sneak peak of some images within 48 hours of your wedding day, and receive the remaining gallery within six weeks.

If I have a second photographer included in my package, are they also a professional?

- Absolutely! As a wedding photographer, I have multiple connections with other experienced wedding photographers. We have a mindset of community over competition, and assist each other for weddings to ensure we deliver the best experience for each of our clients.
